Concept Sketches
The assignment was to create our own "dream collection" and create a hand bound book showing research, a lineup and technical flats. For me, this collection became extremely personal and taught me how to blend my passion for activewear with my passion for the United States Army uniforms and the techniques tactical companies utilize to make this gear. Each of the pages is somewhat interactive, as the mylar overlays can be flipped up and down. These are mainly there to highlight important details such as the fact that plate carriers can be added to certain looks or that certain words or phrases were taken into special consideration when researching and designing this collection.
