I decided to have the interview of Dr. Hansen be the core of my documentary because she is the professional interview subject with extensive experience in the education field. I then used "man on the street" interview subjects, to show how current high school students actually feel about their education. I wanted my title animation to feel like it is a digital clock, so I used the text my graphics partner created and added effects, such as making the logo flash using opacity and a digital preset from After Effects. My B-roll was shot at Fresno State, to relate it to the overall topic of education preparing us for the future.

Throughout my video, I used the rule of thirds on my main interview subject, and more close up shots with the other two interview subjects. The close-up shots signified the importance of how this topic is truly disrupting the topic of the ability to be successful and learning that from the school system. The background music signifies the importance of the topic that is being discussed and how it is not allowing students to be completely successful.
