Olomouc Czech Republic
Olomouc is a city in Moravia, east of the Czech Republic which is located on the Morava River. The city is the metropolis of religion and is the historical capital city Moravia. The logo design is a figure appearing on the Holy Trinity Column. This icon combines a circular shape to represent the first letter “O” in the city’s name. In order to show the slogan “Falling into a fairytale world”, the logo was created as a seal for the city to make it feel like a fairy tale. The ten logo alterations are created by making a shape which simplifies the local architecture and adds it to the circle.
The icons for Olomouc are developed to show other symbols for the city, while it continues to use the circular shape. The city has extensive architectures in the Baroque style. To represent this, the brand design is a fusion of Baroque, historical and contemporary styles. Olomouc also contains several large squares as an important feature stone road use in the project.
