These two ceramic cheese boards we made with soft and hard slab construction and painted with underglaze. They were coated with a clear glaze after the bisque firing. I wanted to make simple shapes with highly patterned surface design. I tried to blend ceramics with fibers through the patterning and use of leather handles.
