This is my planner for September. It includes different trackers, like for hydration, exercise, moods, highlights and other little things in life that can be managed monthly. I like to keep everything organised but also not that strict, so it's a mix between bullet journal, regular planner, sketchbook and journaling.
I came up with a setup idea that is clean but at the same time artistic. I use a set of two washi tapes for every season, so I switch them every three months. And for each month I draw little seasonal scenes that reflect this particular month. One scene per tracker. I fell in love with setting up my planner this way, and I hope you will enjoy it too.
Cover for my September sketchbook. It's a different journal, but I included the cover here as it goes along with the whole monthly theme. SPALIS means SEPTEMBER.

Mood tracker for September. The title means EMOTION PUMPKINS as pumpkins are the theme for this month. The pumpkin patch has as many of them as there are days, and each one is divided in four sections: morning (rytas), daytime (diena), afternoon (popietė) and evening (vakaras). You choose your own color code for emotions and fill in each section according to your mood at the time. Of course, you can have as many parts of the day as you want, but for me four work the best.

Exercise tracker. The title means SEPTEMBER SQUATS.

Creation tracker. The title means SEPTEMBER CREATION. This is for my fiction writing. The letter code on the left represents what I was working on that day: writing, editing, plotting, world-building or illustrating.

Hydration tracker. The title means SEPTEMBER WATER. One droplet you draw means one glass of water you had that day.

Gratitude log. Or simply positive things tracker. The title means POSITIVES. There is one block per day and you write in what good things have happened. I love this idea, because it makes you focus on the bright side as well as keeps track of different events in your life. This tracker has three pages and there is a little autumn scene for each one: a lantern with some falling leaves, a pair of rain boots and, of course, Halloween.

September highlights. The title means exactly that. This one is for writing down the biggest events that have happened this month or simply what you don't want to forget.

September Instagram. This one is for tracking down how often you post. It can be used for any other social media.

Instagram planner. Similar thing, but useful if you are planning your posts in advance. You can always jot down which photo when to post and correct it if needed.
