While at Sky I took part in the Help & Support site redesign. That included the information architecture (IA) of the site as well as the design of several help processes like the Forum, Contact us and Home Move.
It was very important to find out how customers understand Sky in order to offer them an structure that made sense for them. That is why the IA was always done based on research.
