This project consisted of designing the booklet distributed nationwide, in order to promote the event each year. One of the problems faced by the organisation, as with many others, was funding. A significant portion of their funding was invested in the booklets, which were repeatedly, and understandably, discarded by readers following the events completion. To address this issue a simple calendar was incorporated into the A6 booklet adding an element of post-event longevity and functionality.
A number of other promotional avenues were explored resulting in the creation of branded material including (foldable) posters, t-shirts, bags and banners. "Collabornation", a simple play on words, was selected as the underlying concept of the project to address the all-island, multidisciplinary nature of the event.
