GSW Advertising is a healthcare advertising agency. GSW produces original advertising content that promotes their clients' businesses and products through comprehensive marketing campaigns. 
This project was part of a larger initiative to improve the on-boarding process for new employees. I was part of a larger team working across different divisions to create a comprehensive on-boarding program. My responsibility was to develop content for the Digital Project Team. In order to gain an understanding of the team and the on-boarding process I selectively interviewed managers and employees. I also sent out surveys to get more feedback. Some of the aggregated data is shown below in the Venn diagram. 
Below are some of the low-fidelity visualizations I created to show how the Digital Project Team operates. After receiving feedback on the different visualizations from managers, a graphic was developed. The graphic had to show both the design process and how different teams interacted at different stages. 
After A/B testing this was the final design that made it easiest for both new hires and managers. It shows the team in the top graphic and the process in the bottom graphic. By following the color scheme, one can easily learn who is involved in each process and who to ask for help and cooperation at each stage.
