Elementary Assignment: Character Creation and Comic Books
This assignment was used to teach the creative process to fourth and fifth grade students. This project was also used to show students what artists go through to create the shows and video games that they see everyday. The students had to create an original character and a story for that character. The final project was a six panel comic that had a clear beginning, middle, and end. Lesson Plan included at the end of the student examples.
This one is meant to be looked at as if the middle is the lines of battle and each half is a different side.
