This print collection explores the directional qualities of migration and transcendent imagery carried from generations that are relocated and therefore re-designed. Adaptations of Eastern European motifs are seen throughout the Mediterranean and morphed into a new warmer tropical aesthetic. 

After an insightful, and currently very trendy, DNA test it was revealed to me that my Judaism is not only my religion, but race as well. My ancestor’s Jewish Ashkenazi heritage originated in Eastern Europe, thus extending the significance of the word home towards an intangible and past existence. Circular motifs express the continuous motion of time and place, while object specific imagery ties to my personal connection to the term home.
