Sample collection of Dragology
Here one of the three books designed and bound for an exam at the Fine Art Academy, "Art Publishing". The first one that i created is the Sample collection. Out of my mind, i invented and painted, using watercolors, 8 different species of dragons, I collected materials like synthetic feathers, fur and leather of different colors. I used the Japanese bonding tecnique for the final progect: cotton thread and lether cover where i painted a gold oriental dragon.
The layout is clear and simple. Used "skia" as font. Every dragon has his own description, always out of my mind: height, length, weight, diet, habitat, if can fly or not, area where they live, reproduction etc.
