The Halloweens
Inktober 2017
Entry 23
Autoplay at the end
Mother lead the group to a valley with a lake full of fish. Along the way, they found delicious, juicy fruits resembling huge Apricots, Berries, some Honey and even some Pumpkins.

They had to stand on top of each other to reach the fruit, but the Penguin-Ladder was worth it. The Seagulls were very efficient getting the honey, it was almost as if they had been born for it. The dinos helped drag the pumpkins with their long tails.
Once by the lake, they decided to divide the tasks by groups and take turns to share the work. Some set up a fire and cooked some apricots with honey and pumpkin meat until they had delicious jam. Others started carving the pumpkins resembling what they joyfully call Halloweens, a treat from their home world made to celebrate a festival known as Summer’s End.

Black Beak and Monosaur goofed around, her wearing a carved pumpkin on her head and yelling Halloweens! Jeee! The Penguins noticed the Seagulls were crafty with carving and cooking and thought this was a good step forward into their rehab & reintegration... it was turning out to be a happy day!
