Recycling can be beautiful:
This large-scale and environmentally-friendly project is situated on PA Dept. of Transportation property, enhancing a major Meadville intersection. Catering to the neighboring companies and passing vehicles, Signs & Flowers offers a variety of perspectives.
Outdoor factors such as weathering, vandalism and safety became major considerations during construction.
Made of recycled road signs and all sustainable materials, Signs & Flowers will be beautifying this corner for years to come. In many ways this work was about connecting the community: the people of the city of Meadville, Allegheny College, as well as PennDOT.
