"Where Every Course Matters" Recruitment Brochure for
the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute
Scope:
Design a recruitment piece for Admissions to hand out to prospective students.
Process:
Step 1: Work with Admissions to gather necessary information to include in brochure.
Step 2: Gather/take photos to represent the Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts, and Hospitality programs offered.
Step 3: Design layout.
Step 4: Work with off-campus printer on folding, printing, and format.
Timeline: This brochure is updated as information changes and is still being used for recruitment.
Distribution: Admissions recruiters bring these to recruitment events, and they are also displayed at the Niagara Falls Culinary Institute for when prospective students tour the facility.
