This commercial development firm asked for a unique package to hold a capabilities brochure as well as confidential real estate documents customized for individual prospective buyers. The box/folio is varnished and embossed. The perfect bound cover was offset printed to match the folio and the inner pages were printed as short run digital in order to allow for updating. The client maintained control of the confidential documents which were perfect bound into their respective covers.
