Joseph Borio is a chiropractor who has worked out of the same office in Cicero, New York for more than twenty-five years. Joseph Borio attended Brockport State University, where he studied biology and chemistry, and the National College of Chiropractic, where he received his Bachelor’s degree and Doctorate in Chiropractic in 1990. 

Joseph Borio is also the President and CEO of Chiropassion Consulting, LLC, and is a popular lecturer and author on chiropractic health topics.
