KOTO is a unique not-for-profit Social Enterprise in Vietnam that empowers at risk and disadvantaged youth in Vietnam through its holistic training program. 

Founded in 1999 by Jimmy Pham - KOTO has trained nearly 1000 young people who are now employed by renowned hotels and restaurants throughout Vietnam and overseas. Trainees undertake a 24-month intensive training program in Hospitality, English and Life Skills. A unique aspect of our program is the combination of personal and skills development.
