8 stories of the moon

It is a dark night, but the moon is shining so bright that it lights up the night’s sky. The moon is shining so bright that it is reflecting on the earth. Specifically reflecting in a deep dark well filled with water. When you look into the well you can see a bright shimmering moon. The moon and the earth are constantly moving, it is almost like they are playing a game of tag that seems to go on endlessly. But in the future at some point they will get caught up in each other’s pace and the moon gets dragged in by the earth’s gravity and the moon will collide with the earth concluding with the shattering of the moon. This seems very sad, but the moon and the earth need each other. They are both under each other’s influence. The moons light changes our perception of the night, what once seemed dark and scary seems mysterious but soothing, sometimes fully enlightning you and your surroundings, at times shivering and gently gliding across the surface of the earth. The water that engulfs our planet seems enhanced by the moons light, constantly moving, scattering light and shadows, warping our perception of the night. But when you listen quietly the night isn’t silent. In combination with the moon it creates a gentle mysterious sound plucking at your heartstrings. In this case we are on earth, but there isn’t just one moon, but there are several moons constantly being attracted and repulsed by each other until one of them breaks. And they will keep on moving around in circles influenced by each other’s gravity until one or none remain.
