Program 4 Siap Tenaga Kerja Indonesia (TKI)  is a socialization program held by Indonesian government to decrease the amount of problematic Indonesian labors (TKI) overseas. Program 4 Siap TKI included encouragements to complete the preparation before working abroad. This study is conducted due to the lack of media usage by the government to raise the program's awareness, resulting in the low recognition of the program to the prospective labors. Hence, the circumstances stated before supported the creation of socialization media for raising the program's awareness to the prospective labors. Descriptive qualitative method and linear strategy was applied to design the media, including the socialization media's blueprint until the finished product. This study outcome is a digital collage illustrated series which used as an illustrated socialization media for Program 4 Siap TKI.
