Rosemary & Thyme is a hair accessory brand that I created as a passion project.
The purpose was to create products using only environmentally conscious materials and to be as environmentally conscious as possible from production to promotions.
The branding and brand elements were designed to reflect this purpose and the handcrafted feel of the products.

All of the bow materials were sourced from second hand shops and sewn by hand.
The paper used for all promotional materials and packaging is plantable.
Plastic packaging is compostable (cornstarch) and uses recycled fabrics and ribbon.
The marketing strategy utilises magazine, web based and event exposure to promote the brand. The target audience, young females, are engaged through craft and women’s magazines (such as Frankie), as well as online, through popular craft site www.etsy.com and social networking.
To give the brand exposure and help support a cause, a bake and bow sale was held. Done in conjunction with The Biggest Morning Tea cancer council campaign, all profits were donated to the cause.
