OCC Switzerland Sdn Bhd Grand Opening 2017
OCC Switzerland is a disinfectant manufacturer based in Switzerland.
On 2017, OCC Switzerland has officially launch their company as OCC Switzerland Sdn Bhd in Malaysia.
I am the Project Manager, we've successfully managed this event less than 2-months.
The theme "Swiss Infusion" has been picked, we brought the Swiss culture and food in, and let visitors to experience it themselves.
The activities:
Launching: Speech & ribbon cutting.
Hammerschlagen: Traditional Swiss game where a group of people will have to hammer a nail using the back of the hammer (narrow part), whoever manage to hit the nail all the way in first, will be announce as the winner.
Make your own sanitizer: We provided an empty bottle in every goody bag which visitor can fill in with their own handmade sanitizer made at one our games' booth.
Talerschwingen: A classic Swiss game where the player has to swinging a Swiss franc coin in a bowl. Whoever made it the longest win!
Killing germs lucky draw: We asked visitors to pick one germ from our lucky draw board. We then announced the winner before closing ceremony with various gifts all the way from Switzerland (Swiss knives, giant toblerone, Swiss mugs, Swiss bell etc.)
Closing ceremony: Helium-filled balloons were unleashed into the sky and we had group photo shoot with our coolest props.
