Pink S.T.E.M. is a non-profit organization that aims to help minority girls break through systematic barriers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), by encouraging them to explore careers in those fields.

The Request
The client hired Designshow Marketing to create a brand strategy to increase their online and offline presence to obtain and sustain student memberships and parent participation. 

The Concept & Solution
When building an online platform for non-profit organizations, evoking emotions with images and content is key. Our action goal for Pink S.T.E.M.'s target market was to do 3 things: Donate, Fundraise, and Volunteer, the 3 pillars of a successful non-profit organization. We wanted to make the site donor-friendly by making it easy for sponsors, affiliates, and the community to donate through the site. The donation button is visible at all times on the site. We also created a customized volunteer form. Our marketing team created an incentive program for volunteers by creating a personal profile page for networking and self branding. Most importantly, we had a story to tell about Pink S.T.E.M. and their journey with reaching minority girls in their local community and around the world.
