I designed a rewards app for the CFAone experience. The marketing strategy was pretty straight forward: Give customers the VIP treatment. In this app "Dan" the red carpet man roll's out the red carpet as users make purchases and interact with Chick-fil-A. Once the screen is filled with the Red Carpet the user is able to select their reward.
