The Bh District has had a single common element throughout the years: the light post.
In the past, the light has been the main design element in the ski. I wanted to take that notion and start to transition the light into becoming part of the ski in a less obvious element.
The light becomes part of the plaid pattern. In my mind, each of the lines that make up the plaid pattern are light posts, Thus remaining the main element in the design, without anyone really noticing at first.

As soon as the design was finalized, I used gradients to give the skis a 3D feel.
Customers get a better feel for the design like this rather than just having these in the shape of the ski.
