Blackbaud Healthcare Analytics launch campaign

CHALLENGE: Healthcare organizations lose revenue and under serve the philanthropic needs of their communities when they don’t understand their patient populations or know how/where to acquire new consumers/constituents. Collective intelligence can give them the socioeconomic and demographic data to better engage patients and capture market share.

GOAL: To introduce Blackbaud Healthcare Analytics to the healthcare market as the only collective intelligence solution that empowers hospitals/healthcare organizations to increase earned and philanthropic revenue by identifying new consumers, better engaging with patients, and acquiring and retaining constituents. With this gained insight, organizations can truly understand and guide consumers to become patients and then constituents.

SOLUTION/CONCEPT: Know your people. (“The Jesse Campaign”)
This concept focuses on the benefit of having the information and insight to truly understand a population and its individuals. Each animated email header presented a rotating image of three people named “Jesse” and a specific question. Then the animated subhead answered the question with information that only Blackbaud Healthcare Analytics would be able to provide—reinforcing the main idea behind the solution.
