According to the research, two different experience blueprints are created to understand the experience of going out with dogs. One is created based on the persona of a family, the other one is for going out individually. By visualizing the whole experience, I tried to find out the pain points along the experience. By looking into those pain points, design solutions are created to solve the problems.
