Wagamama has in more recent years noticed the potential for using their placemats as a tool to market new additions to their menus.

Bryce worked with 101 London on this project to create a series of placemats introducing a new range of juices. 101’s research in to recent food trends found that people are increasingly interested in what goes in to their food and suggested Wagamama be completely transparent with their customers by laying out all the ingredients in the design. This reassured the customer that there was no nasty hidden ingredients in their healthy juices.

Wagamama wanted the juice, the fruit and the vegetables to look fresh and vibrant. This was achieved in the studio and in post-production by colour correcting, amending light source and removing any blemishes. The final touches on the designs were achieved by a clean layout design with minimal content.
