This project was commissioned by the father of a marine biologist who wanted to give his son something special. It is a collection of all the animals that his son works with as a marine biologist on the California coast. The main animal that he works with are whales, so the rest are in a collaged shape of a breaching whale tail. The image includes a sea lion, shark, fish, jellyfish, stingray, lobster, eel, squid, dolphin, octopus, and more. They were both extremely happy with the resulting illustration.
