SPICE POTS 

Spice pots very well serves its essential purpose of storing spices, but other than that it had a larger objective to solve which was getting nature indoors. It’s the actual raw spices that are preserved in the resin lid that are giving a feel of direct connec- tion to the nature. While using the spice from the pots, remov- ing the lid feels like the spices are freshly hand picked from the garden and are being used by the person. Through this project it was my little way to get the nature indoors, give a nostalgic feel- ing to the audience of being in nature and using their elements in ours lives.

The spice pots are made up of porcelain ceramic bottom part and a beautifully fitting lid made from resin and spices. Each spice inside the lid designates which spice the container stores
