My first serious animation, Twin Gods is a collage animation about the Mesoamerican gods Quetzalcoatl and Tezcatlipoca. They are essentially the light and dark of each other, respectively. I was taking a World Mythologies class at the time and thought it would be great to use what I learned and animate my take on it.

This was created using ToonBoom AnimatePro. I believe this was the first time I learned how to use keyframes and different effect modules, especially the Colour Scale module, which is used a lot for transitions between day and night. In this particular case, you can see it when the fire rises up in the background.
