challenge: To make a unique, one-of-a-kind font to use for the Granville Island Brewery Canada 150 batch. I needed to make a font that will reflect the theme, while still holding parallel to the label design.
solution: I started by creating the font base in adobe illustrator, modeling it after early 1900’s typefaces. Then, creating the low-poly effect to bring together the modern feeling. Thus, Millésime Moderne (Vintage-Modern) was born. It added a uniqueness and specialty to the bottle design.
