In the near future, overproduction of nuclear waste is a problem. Storage is limited, and is often breached by scavengers. A program designed to launch waste into space is implemented, but has severe consequences. It’s reached a planet of harmless aliens, mutating them, and now periodically invade Earth as “Radiation Beasts”. One attacked a young pregnant mother, whose child, Nova Luxe, inherited the power of space phenomena from the attack! Together with her duck-like companion Ubi (a rare, harmless Radiation Beast), they fight against invasions and compete in street racing, while trying to uncover the mystery behind the space program.
