The challenge
Pilot Mobile App is a single point of mobile communication between
the airline operations and their Crew of 12.000 pilots.
This tool aims to give the pilots a mobile seamless experience to
keep them updated about their daily work.

Had a 4 week discovery with a MVP result and 1 year of iterations after its first release to the Pilot fleet.
The design team planned different activities at each phase such as Workshops for journey mapping, Interviews with stakeholders and end users and usability testing sessions.
