Uber takes us to our intended destinations, but when theres a surge, this same distance from point A to point B is sometimes 4 times the price. With the criticisms and negative connotations that uber has faced in todays political climate, we wanted to bring the brand back into a positive light.  When a disaster takes place, uber’s surge will offer real-time help to those who need it most/affected. This new icon gives surge a new purpose and the increase in price now contributes to help those affected. Instead of a surge for no reason, lets surge for good. Uber has connected so many people around the world to where they need to be. Why not use this service to connect to those in need.
