Political Illustration
This hand-drawn pencil illustration, entitled: "Heaven", was created in response to the Occupy Central protests that took place in Hong Kong from October 2011 to September 2012. My intention behind this piece was to convey the idea that despite the tensions in the relationship between China and Hong Kong, my hope is that there would there would be a day in the future where their differences could be set aside, and that they would come together in complete unity and friendship.
