With a constant inclination to integrate play into design, I naturally found myself wanting to explore play and portals for play in my senior focus. This led me through an analysis of playgrounds and their history & themes.
PLAYGROWN is a playground inspired collection of furniture and home accessories that brings meaningful and light-hearted engagement into its utility and contributes to the conversation on the need for more adult play.
PLAYGROWN would be experienced as an exhibition that would serve as a touchpoint for play to anyone that walked through the gallery’s doors.
