Restaurateur: Daft Punk

Daft Punk is a french electronic duo and is known for their visual stylization and disguises associated with their music. They wear ornate helmets and gloves to assume robot personas in most of their public appearances. They place an emphasis on storytelling instead of musical performance. The mystery of their identity and the elaborate nature of their disguises have added to their popularity.

Restaurant Description: The Lab

The Lab is an experimental molecular gastronomy restaurant and nightclub created by the digitally obscured electronic duo, Daft Punk. Established in 2017, this quintessential eatery celebrates the quarter century mark of the French music duo. The sheer joy inherent in easy techno beats engulf the room as the expertly fused and unexpected combinations of cuisines are served. With a French touch, the food takes an ingredient-centric approach, weaving bold, standout flavors between dishes. It incorporates scientifically savvy cooking techniques like liquid nitrogen flash freezing, syringe infusions, and carbon dioxide foams, creating an experience like no other. The chefs remain obscured as they believe in the emotion and soul of the flavors rather than their representation as people, and ensure that the plating is as unique and eye-catching as the visual stylization of Daft Punk. The combination of eclectic music and food along with the trance-like ambiance is sure to invigorate every sense!
