Reem Acra Paint Cans

Students were asked to pick either a fashion, industrial, or graphic designer and create a line of paint can labels. These were to be inspired by one specific line by the designer. For this project I chose bridal designer Reem Acra, and chose to focus on her Fall 2016 line. In this line Acra used multiple layers to create complicated patterns with floral elements in jewel toned colors. To create a look similar to this, I chose to create several layers of paper with floral illustrations that were laser cut out to mimic the look of lace.
