Secret Santa this year: I was lucky enough to pick one of my work buddy (and cubicle partner) out of a hat - this made shopping all the more fun as she's an owl fanatic. I wanted to create a simplified original wrapping paper (coupled with scribbly comments) so I played in InDesign (I don't know why, Illustrator wasn't open and I was having a hoot without it) for a bit and duplicated all items until my eyes burned and I was satisfied.
I took a few shots prior to bringing it to work as I didn't think she would unwrap it too delicately... Well, I'm pleased to say she loved the wrapping and the gift - owl mugs and salt 'n pepper shakers.
