The range was designed to minimize production and assembly problems, lower costs and ensure the fast shipment to clients around the world, using tripod shaped legs, except for the coffee table, mirrored around the pieces. Those legs fit inside each other so as reduce the space and cost of shipping.

The wooden part are made in 3 types of finishes, all in high quality veneers. We have options of a rough natural or white washed split oak veneers, or a smooth polished walnut that gives even more contrast with the stainless steel legs.

Rio was the first range I developed in Global Home and it was a tribute to the city I was born and raised back in Brazil. The range goes to living and dining pieces with a contemporary and delicate look that puts together the texture and weight of wood with the lightness and sparkle of stainless steel.
