CONCEPT:
The concept developed is an everyday life story of a person starting from birth to the death. The brown paper in the image signifies his birth where he has nothing to worry about, nothing to do and hence, in the model it is a plain surface. Then starts the school life, college life, etc. where he has an opportunity to learn things from others. Everyone teaches him what he wants to learn without being selfish about anything. He learns a few things in brief and things he is interested in, he will learn in depth. This is signified in model by the way the circle is positioned and the way it opens out on the sheet. Then there is a border/circle there which signifies the period of time when learning for himself is done and working for others. After this point in time, people always try to take information out of him, get him to do their work and make complete use of him. This happens for their selfish reasons and they dont share this with others. This is represented by the demarkations outside the circle. No one ever thinks of how he still might have something to do with his life. And for a lot of people, life ends that way.
The message that was to be passed on through this module was that every person will lead a happy life by working for themselves by doing what love doing. By leaerning things that they are interested in. By working and doing things for others, there won’t be a self satisfaction and not much happiness.

TECHNIQUE:
Since the material of the module was pre defined, the only way of experimentation was to play with the technique of working with the paper. In this module, the technique used was crushing of paper.Number of layers are stuck on top of eachother. They are cut following the path and then crushed and folded to the end tightly. These are folded closely enough to keep it hard and hold themselves without usage of any kind of adhesive.
