EDUCATION:
I started studying Architecture Bachelor in 2002, during my studies I have had developed some projects that have been selected for several exhibitions, as the Landscape Canary Biennial, commission for relocation by the airport´s expansion, and in the II international congress of architecture organized by the MIAC (international museum of contemporary art in Lanzarote), After obtained my bachelor in architectture, I started the Master of development of touristic destinations, which I finalized by reading my dissertation called Method for re-urbanization by introducing touristic products in consolidated areas, once finilized the Master I continued with the PhD program of the Master that I just finished in June of this year, with the granting of an award as one of the three best proposals for thesis research and studies of the year
JOB EXPERIENCES:
My first job was in a architecture studio (LPA - laboratoy for architecture and planning) as assistant for the town-planning deppartment were we win an important competition for the waterfront project in Gran Canaria, this was in 2008 during my redaction of the final project for the bachelor degree, After this year i worked as a freelance for several architecture studios as a support for the competitions, also I started in the appraisal and valuation of real state as a freelance for several insurance companies. Finally in 2010 I started my own architecture studio with three other colleagues that is called Hard-Studio, I´m the town planning & tourism head-deppartment were I have had developed different hotel projects for BEST REST
HOTELS & I SLEEP HOTELS, also I have maked some housing projects for WALTECH GHANA in Ghana as well for BLUE GREEN HOLDINGS in chicago.
SPECIAL KNOW-HOW:
Appart of my knowledge about tourism architecture and town planning I´m specialized in parametric architecture, by the use of some generative software like the GRASSHOPPER, in this field I have maked some researchs for other commpanies and colleagues, also I have my personal blog about it. (www.)
