OBJECTIVE:

Create a poster using elements of the industrial revolution depicting a controversial issue or social event that is occurring in today's communicative world. Combining type and copy as a visual element, layout and format.

SOLUTION:

Industrial revolution design elements include sharp edges and dynamic angles to depict the silhouettes of machines. Playing with perspective and type to create a dynamic visual element to show movement in high action sports. The visual element's I chose are the team's mascot's, fighting for the Lombardi Trophy. I illustrated a desert landscape to symbolize the location of the football game which is in Texas. The color's I chose are Crimson red, Fire truck red and Cream yellow. The color pallet is highly used on propaganda posters during that era.
