1. To make this "FTNN Background" I add a purple solid color and add some lighter purple "Gradient Overlay".

2. I add the Francis Tuttle Logo on the left corner and I made a quick selection on the letters and painted them in gray with the "Brush Tool".

3. I added a second FTNN logo and I added the "Smart Sharpen"and then I used the "Quick Selection Tool" to select just the circle of the logo and put 85 of "Opacity" and added a (World Map) 

4. I added a JPEG picture of Francis Tuttle and label it on the down right corner and put 75 of "Opacity" and used the "Erase Tool" to give a smooth look on the sides.

5. I added some PNG clouds and put 75 of "Opacity".
