Patient Appreciation Open House Event Promotion
Pretty in Paris was a themed patient appreciation event that Strategic Edge helped Dr. Robinson and Indiana Plastic Surgery execute in the final quarter of 2016. Creating a compelling and highly graphical themes always tends to increases patient interest and attendance at events, we have found. This one was no exception, and was highly successful for the practice. SEP executed all deliverables including event logo, Save The Date blast, Event blast, Lobby posters, patient flyers, promotional product giveaway tie-ins and a highly unique "Passport" booklet that was given to patients at the event. The Passport served as a vehicle to get patients to visit each Rep for an entry into a grand prize drawing. Plus, the booklet would be kept by patients for the following quarter in order to redeem several additional promotions post-event. SEP also handled all print execution.
