Reptile House - Before/After Shots - San Antonio Zoo

The redesign of the Reptile House at the San Antonio Zoo was a pretty major project - it wasn't an exhibit that was going to be torn down and rebuilt with new architecture, new technology, new enclosures, etc.  It was simply going to get a major face lift through the use of graphics, color, fun facts and interactive elements.  We spent quite a bit of time talking to our guests as to what they would like to see in there - many designs came and went and this is what we ended up with. I'm pretty proud of the outcome - and there are still a few key elements that are still going to be installed.

The first photos are the "befores and afters" of the outside of the building.  The graphics panels that are being put up range in size from 3ft x 1ft to 8ft x 4ft.
The following photos are of the inside of the building.  Unfortunately, we didn't have control over every aspect of the building - so much to our dismay, the brown carpet had to stay.  Upon hearing this news, we had to add a new challenge to our plan - to cover as much of that carpet as possible. :)  The large panels that you will see in some of the photos are about 3ft x 6ft so they make quite a splash!

The first/top photos in each set are the "befores".
