In this time every year, farmers of Egypt celebrate the season of wheat harvest. Although farmers are facing a lot of problems nowadays related to the growing of wheat such as the shortage of water, increasing prices of fertilizers and lack of government's support, wheat is still considered one of the main crops that farmers highly depend on.
The first steps of wheat cultivation start in November when farmers put the seeds into the soil and they keep growing up. Then at the end of April and beginning of May, farmers start the wheat harvest by cutting the wheat stems and leaving them in the sun for days. When they are well dried, farmers use the harvest machine to get the wheat grains. Finally, these grains are packed into sacks and moved home or to the trader where they will be sold.
