This compendium is the second set of documentation of child-friendly practices covering the awardees and selected finalists of the 2015 Presidential Award for Child-Friendly Municipalities and Cities (PACFMC) spearheaded by the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC).
The CWC foresees the compendium as an effective medium in encouraging the Local Councils for the Protection of Children (LCPCs) to mainstream children's rights promotion and protection in their local agenda.
