Site Plan: Additions to the site include a community center, organic grocery store, loft style residences, restaurants, recyclingcenter, outdoor ampitheater, parking structure with solar panels, and recycled neighborhood bungalows. 

Bungalows that would be otherwise torn down, relocated to front of site and transformed in to live-work restaurants and retail. Walking paths and parking on the ends of the site help keep the space pedestrian friendly.

Apartments located behind the bungalows offer additional living space.
