Polish beehive
TheWielkopolska hive project, with externally-attached insulating mats made ofstraw. Dzierżoń, the secondof the proposed roofs, is a gabled roof covered with a wooden stave. The use ofexternal mats allows you to adjust the temperature in the hive without undulydisturbing the bees. Winner of the Young Design 2012 contest, make me! 2012 nominee.
